Mæl station and ferry jetty
Mæl stasjon is unstaffed, but the area is available for visitors every day, for free.
At the moment, there are no trains running on the Rjukan Railway or ferries on Lake Tinn.
Feel free to enjoy your own food and drinks at Mæl station. There are no vending machines or shops here. The area is a World Heritage site and is not secured. Use the area at your own risk. Please respect the environment and enjoy the scenery.
