Heddal Open-air Museum is open this summer through Heddal og Notodden museumslag.
The museum is only staffed during the summer season, but you are welcome to visit the open air museum on your own the rest of the year.

Buy tickets
Parking Visitors can use parking along Heddalsvegen or at Heddal Stave Church, 100 meters from the museum. By displaying an HC card, those with special accessibility requirements can park at Heddal Open-air Museum.
Accessibility and universal design The old buildings at Heddal Open-air Museum are not accessible to visitors with reduced mobility. The text in the exhibitions are written in Norwegian and English.
